The Challenge
Having been a client for several years, TCSI had entrusted
Fathom with key branding efforts such as product identities,
marketing collateral and web sites. Coming from a brand
that was stagnating, TCSI looked to Fathom to revitalize
their image and revisit each existing marketing tool.
Their tradeshow exhibit was no exception.
With the upcoming
release of 3 new products, it was evident that their
tradeshow presence needed to reflect their new
brand and introduce their new products accordingly. Increased
awareness on the product and corporate front would be
necessary to justify their tradeshow investment.

The Process
The tradeshow experience gives us the
opportunity to connect with industry products and professionals
under one roof. It's an efficient
process
for both
attendees and presenters. With this consideration, we
developed a plan that focused on getting foot traffic
to experience
the TCSI product. Once guests connected with the product
via an interactive kiosk, interest would be stimulated,
it's value would be recognized and sales would be generated.
Our
plans included kiosks projected outward in all directions.
Fathom's multimedia team developed dynamic presentations
geared towards capturing audiences and keeping them engaged.
As foot traffic paused to view demonstrations, they would
then
be invited to browse the product at their own pace. Print
collateral and promotional items were made available at
strategic locations to provide additional documentation
on the software.

The Solution
The environment we created was an extension of the new
TCSI brand. More importantly, Fathom created a vehicle
to attract
and educate prospective customers. A heightened awareness
of the company combined with an overwhelming response
to our campaign,
resulted in a highly successful tradeshow season contributing
to TCSI's highest revenue year to date.
The
exhibit was first introduced at Supercomm, Atlanta,
the largest conference for the telecom industry. |
