was the new corporate symbol.

The Challenge
Just about every client we work with presents us an obstacle, usually related to timing, budget or strategy. Again Technolgies gave us all three. They needed to get to market in a few weeks and normal production schedules would be far too detrimental. In addition, being a startup, their budget was limited, although their needs were consistent with those of an established larger company. With the need for a new corporate identity all the way down to a web site, Again Technolgies hired Fathom for our experience with getting a startup up and running in record time.

 


Several concepts were explored in the early stages of logo development.

The Process
The limited time frame gave little room for mistakes, excessive review cycles or design exploration down risky paths. We needed to be precise and develop concepts that were viable and strong alternatives from the start. Under an accelerated schedule, the Fathom team educated themselves on the company and it's goals. With a firm grip on their culture, strategy and dreams, Fathom designers jumped right into design.

Although our traditional design process involves developing multiple concepts and presenting them in a variety of mediums, we needed to adjust this process to accomodate the schedule. We aggressively pursued many design directions and acquired feedback as quickly as possible. We avoided applying each concept to an entire company's marketing inventory. Review cycles were quick and accurate, resulting in a finalized logo in under 3 weeks. The same process was applied to the business system, brochures and web site.

  The corporate web site focused on the individual and kept content brief and clear.
 

The Solution
Under unusually challenging circumstances, Fathom was able to give Again the identity and established corporate presence vital to it's existance. Equipped with the support crucial for sales, the sales team generated leads and closed deals quicker than expected. Their innovative product became available before the competition, giving Again a clear advantage.

The entire launch, from contract development to a live site, took less than six weeks.
